About the Role

Our growing business is on the lookout for some more Support Worker superstars to join our Team! 

​

Our ideal support worker will:

​

• Provide professional support services, both in-home and community to participants of the NDIS to achieve their goals.

• You will hold excellent communication and people skills.

• Be honest, trustworthy and reliable inline with the core values of MVSS.

Key Requirements for the Role:

• NDIS Worker Check clearance (NDISWC)

• Working with Children Check (WWCC)

• A valid driver’s license (including annual demerit point checks) with a comprehensively insured motor vehicle

• Senior First Aid Certificate (inclusive of current CPR component)

• COVID-19 Vaccination (inclusive of three doses)

• NDIS Worker Orientation and Induction Modules

 

Desirable Requirements for the Role:

​

• Previous experience working in the Community Services Sector

• Certificate 3 – Individual Support or similar qualification

• Availability on Weekends and for inactive and active overnight shifts (advantage).
