  • Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

MVSS has for some time now been focused on addressing the shortage of accessible and mainstream housing across the Macleay Valley and how we can achieve better outcomes for our community in this space.

We are proud to announce that we have partnered with a number of Financers, Builders, Developers, SDA Providers, and are progressing a number of new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) housing developments across various sites in the Macleay Valley and surrounding communities.

Each and every property will be specifically built to feature contemporary design and aesthetics not to dissimilar to the mainstream housing market; be functional and accessible; include assistive technologies and other innovations to ensure a fully customised experience for each property. Every SDA design category can be catered for along with single-, two- or three-share living options.

Land has now been secured, with conceptual design and planning underway. These villas, apartments and homes may not be ready to move into yet, but we're certain they'll be worth the wait!

MVSS are now seeking expression of interest from individuals, families, Coordinators of support and other providers looking for housing options for individuals they are supporting. If you would like to know more, complete the enquiry form on our contact page and we will be in touch.
